Human Resources and Organizational Due Diligence Consultant
Independent Project Monitoring Company Limited (IPMC)
Objective
- To assess organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, HR policies, employee liabilities, leadership capacity, and restructuring opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Assessment:
- Review current organizational structure. Assess reporting lines and spans of control. Identify duplication of roles and inefficiencies.
- Workforce Analysis
- Review workforce demographics.
- Assess manpower utilization.
- Review succession planning.
- Evaluate critical skill gaps.
Employee Cost Review:
- Analyze salary and benefits structures.
- Assess payroll integrity.
- Review pension and employee obligations.
- Identify opportunities for workforce optimization.
HR Compliance Review:
- Review employment contracts.
- Assess labor law compliance.
- Evaluate HR policies and procedures.
- Change Management
- Support restructuring implementation planning. Develop workforce transition recommendations.
Deliverables:
- HR Due Diligence Report.
- Organizational Effectiveness Assessment.
- Workforce Optimization Plan.
- Revised Organization Structure.
- Change Management Framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD).
- Minimum of 10 years HR consulting experience.
- Experience in organizational restructuring.
