WE’RE HIRING – HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Location: Lagos Island Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: Open to Negotiation We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day HR operations while driving effective recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Support payroll administration and leave management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is an added advantage.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage.
