WE’RE HIRING – HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Location: Lagos Island Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: Open to Negotiation We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day HR operations while driving effective recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
• Support payroll administration and leave management.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is an added advantage.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage.
