Customer Sales Executive - Polystyrene Products

Job Summary
- The Sales Representative for Polystyrene Products is responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation for expanded polystyrene (EPS) products, including insulation boards, packaging blocks, construction panels, and ceiling sheets.
- This role involves identifying prospective B2B clients, building relationships with contractors, civil engineers, packaging companies, and cold-chain operators, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve target revenue metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Lead Generation:
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across construction, cold storage, agricultural packaging, and manufacturing sectors.
Account Management & Sales Operations:
- Manage client accounts from initial inquiry through negotiation, quotation, order booking, and final delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with company sales procedures, credit control policies, and payment terms (including Payment-on-Delivery rules).
Product Technical Advisory:
- Educate prospective customers on the technical advantages, thermal insulation properties, density specs, and structural benefits of EPS products over traditional materials.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND
- 2–4 years of proven field sales experience in construction materials, insulation products, industrial packaging, or technical B2B product lines.
