Sales Executive

Job Description
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue for the company by selling residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
- You will be the face of Chokmannrealty Services, ensuring clients receive professional guidance from the first point of contact to the close of the deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and provide detailed information regarding property features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and closing.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values in Abuja.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Proficient with CRM and MS Office
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of Abuja’s real estate landscape is an advantage.
- Other: Must be presentable, professional, and goal-oriented.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
