Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards
  
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to reduce waste and control costs
  
• Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track sales performance, monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and analyze customer behavior
  
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns using CRM data to boost customer retention and increase repeat visits
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
  
• Monitor and manage budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and overhead expenses
  
• Collaborate with the regional operations team to implement new processes, initiatives, and training programs
  
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
  
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of progressive experience in restaurant or food service management, preferably in a fast-casual or full-service setting
  
• Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management
  
• Expertise in inventory management, including cycle counting, ordering, and loss prevention
  
• Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems for operational reporting, customer data analysis, and business intelligence
  
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols, labor laws, and compliance standards
  
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
