Executive Chef (Korean Cuisine)

Role Summary
- Responsible for preparing authentic Korean meals for expatriate staff and management, ensuring high standards of hygiene, food quality, and menu planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and present authentic Korean meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- Manage daily kitchen operations, inventory, and procurement of specialized Korean ingredients.
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Accommodate special dietary requirements or preferences for expatriate personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience preparing authentic Korean dishes (hotel or corporate setting preferred).
- Deep knowledge of Korean culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
