Experience Sales Manager (Diesel / Gas Generator)

Role Overview
- Responsible for managing end - to - end sales execution, client retention, and long - term energy solutions partnerships
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end - to - end sales process from prospecting, technical engagement, pricing, negotiation, to deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for diesel and gas generator solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with engineering and after - sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to improve positioning.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Profile & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 – 5+ years proven experience in industrial sales of diesel and / or gas generators (e.g., Perkins, Cummins, Baudouin, FG Wilson, etc.).
- Strong technical understanding of generator systems and industrial power applications.
- Established network within relevant B2B sectors is a strong advantage.
