Summary

  • The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships across all sales channels.
  • The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales target and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of company sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals. Establish clear expectations, monitor productivity, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Branch Performance Management: Conduct regular branch visits to assess sales activities, customer engagement, operational effectiveness, and adherence to company standards.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels that contribute to business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders while continuously exploring opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Product Performance & Sales Optimization: Monitor product sales trends and take proactive steps to improve product performance across all locations. Identify slow-moving products and develop practical sales and promotional activities that increase product visibility, accelerate sales, and optimize inventory movement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty by ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Activation & Market Presence: Actively support and participate in brand activations, promotional events, trade shows, community engagements, product launches, and customer-focused initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate sales opportunities.
  • Reporting & Business Intelligence: Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support informed decision-making. Prepare and present periodic sales and business development reports, highlighting performance results, and recommendations that support continuous growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:   Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Inventory, Customer Service, and Human Resources teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and successful execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial Management, or a related role.
  • Experience within the Cosmetics, Beauty, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
  • Interested candidate should stay within close proximity to Trade Fair, Ojo as this is a full-time On-site role and not hybrid or remote.
