Technical Sales & Business Development Manager

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and lead strategic commercial initiatives across our metering, automation, instrumentation, and power portfolios.
- This senior role requires strong technical expertise, proven sales leadership, and the ability to build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development
- strategies across the oil & gas value chain.
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for complex technical solutions.
- Build and maintain senior‑level client and partner relationships.
- Deliver technical proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical, or related).
- 10–15+ years’ experience in technical sales/business development within oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in metering, automation, instrumentation, and/or power generation solutions.
- Strong industry relationships and commercial acumen.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
