- We are seeking a diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Cleaner to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment while providing basic administrative and office support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure the office environment is neat and presentable at all times.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and disinfect office surfaces regularly.
- Replenish office supplies and cleaning materials as required.
- Serve refreshments to visitors and staff during meetings when necessary.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, document delivery, and other office errands.
- Support the Admin Department in routine office operations.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or shortages promptly.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
- Previous experience as an office assistant, cleaner, or similar role is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High level of cleanliness, honesty, and reliability.
- Good physical fitness and attention to detail.
