Facility Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of our facilities.
- The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment while managing vendors, budgets, and facility services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
- Monitor facility budgets and control operational costs.
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- B.Sc, B.Eng, or HND in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in facility management or a related field with at least 3 years in a top supervisory position.
- Professional certification in IFMA is required (MUST HAVE).
- COREN registration is an added advantage.
- Certifications such as; ISO, NEBOSH, PMP will be an added advantage.
- Should be Resident in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate.
