Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise operational and sales teams across the business
- Coordinate activities between Inventory, Sales, Logistics, Administration, and other functional teams
- Liaise with managers and teams across our different locations to ensure smooth operations and alignment
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and business development initiatives
- Monitor inventory performance, stock movement, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Prepare management reports and support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in operations management, sales management, business development, or a related leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and business functions
- Proven ability to meet targets and improve operational performance
- Experience in Wines & Spirits, Beverage Distribution, FMCG, Hospitality, or related industries is a strong advantage.
