Business Development Manager(Real Estate)

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and increasing company revenue. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sales and business development within the real estate industry and possess a strong understanding of the Nigerian property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
