Digital Revenue, Ecommerce & IT Professional

Job Summary
- We're looking for a commercially-driven, tech-savvy professionalto own our digital revenue engine end-to-end.
- This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce growth, customer experience, and IT support.
- You'll drive revenue across all digital channels, ensure a seamless customer journey from first click to post-sale support, and support the company's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity posture.
- If you're someone who thinks in KPIs, gets hands-on with CRM data, can rally cross-functional teams, and is equally comfortable talking conversion rates as you are talking network uptime, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Digital Revenue: Own and deliver digital revenue targets across all channels; lead generation, conversion optimization, and scaling of high-performing channels.
- Shape Digital Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies and campaigns, backed by market and competitor insight.
- Own the Numbers: Track and optimize KPIs (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates); deliver data-driven performance dashboards to leadership.
- Govern CRM & Leads: Ensure disciplined CRM usage (e.g., Zoho), accurate lead attribution, and SLA-driven follow-up across the full sales pipeline.
- Elevate Customer Experience: Oversee all digital touchpoints (website, social, chat, WhatsApp) to deliver consistent, high-quality engagement from inquiry to post-sale.
- Support IT & Cybersecurity:Support IT infrastructure, systems uptime, data security, backups, and disaster recovery across all branches.
- Manage Vendors & Procurement: Oversee relationships with IT/telecom vendors and manage hardware/software procurement and licensing.
- Build & Lead a Team: Support the management of a cross-functional team spanning digital sales, performance marketing, CX, and IT support; set KPIs and coach for high performance.
- Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with Sales, Branch Managers, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain to align digital strategy with offline execution.
- Drive Process Excellence: Implement SOPs, escalation frameworks, and reporting standards that scale with the business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or revenue growth leadership
- Strong grasp of CRM systems, performance marketing metrics, and IT infrastructure fundamentals
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable revenue outcomes
- Comfortable owning both commercial strategy and technical / IT governance
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
