We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Estate Management Officer to join our team in Utako, Abuja for our Client (a Real Estate Company). The ideal candidate will have practical experience in property and estate management, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
Location : Utako, Abuja
Employment Type : Full-Time
Salary : ₦170,000 – ₦200,000/month + 2.5% Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial property portfolios.
- Coordinate property inspections and tenant onboarding.
- Prepare tenancy and lease documentation.
- Monitor rent collections and maintain accurate records.
- Handle client and tenant enquiries professionally.
- Liaise with facility and maintenance service providers.
- Ensure compliance with estate policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- OND, HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years' relevant experience in estate or property management.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy administration and property operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Must be resident in Abuja within proximity to Utako.
