Human Resource Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and iterpersonal skills.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
