Sales Executive (Sales Driver)

Position Summary

• Are you a passionate and results-driven sales professional looking to grow your career in the FMCG industry? We are recruiting experienced Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product availability within assigned territories. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
• Identify and develop new retail and wholesale customers.
• Increase market coverage and product penetration.
• Execute daily route plans to maximise sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Merchandising & Market Execution:

• Ensure products are well displayed and visible at customer outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise stock-outs.
• Execute trade promotions and in-store marketing activities.

Territory Management:

• Effectiely manage assigned sales territories.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.

Reporting & Administration:

• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Reconcile sales transactions and maintain proper records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher National Diploma (HND).
• Maximum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.).
• Minimum of two (2) years' proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Must reside within Lagos Island, Ajah, Ibeju Lekki, or nearby areas with easy access to these locations.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission van confidently.
• Must possess a valid driver's licence.
• Must own and be proficient in using an Android smartphone.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Road network.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be target-driven, customer-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
