We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Support Officer to join our payment o perations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, test, and maintain POS terminals.
- Provide on-site technical support to merchants.
- Diagnose and resolve POS-related issues.
- Conduct routine merchant visits and equipment maintenance.
- Train merchants on proper use of POS devices.
- Document field activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Build strong merchant relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Perform software updates and escalate complex issues when required.
What We're Looking For
- HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience supporting or deploying POS terminals is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of POS operations.
- Ability to travel within Lagos and transport POS equipment when required.
