Field Business Development Officer - Partnerships

• This is a full-time, field-based role.
• It is NOT remote, NOT hybrid, and NOT office-based.
• You will spend your days visiting businesses across Lagos, meeting business owners, and onboarding Dokitami partners.
• This role is for people who enjoy fieldwork, people interaction, and working toward clear performance targets.

• Using your smartphone for work
• Submitting daily activity reports
• Your field/data allowance supports your daily movement and communication.
• If you want remote or office work, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do
Your job is to onboard new partner locations such as:

• Pharmacies
• Supermarkets
• Gyms
• Salons
• Clinics
• Wellness centres
• Retail stores.

Daily activities include:

• Visiting businesses
• Pitching Dokitami
• Handling objections
• Closing partnerships
• Activating partners
• Installing materials
• Training staff
• Following up with partners
• Submitting daily reports

This is a field execution role, not a desk job.
Performance Expectations
You will be expected to:

• Complete daily field activities
• Acquire new partners
• Maintain partner relationships
• Submit accurate daily reports
• Meet agreed weekly and monthly targets
• Maintain quality and accuracy in partner verification
• Continued engagement will be based on demonstrated performance, reliability, work discipline, reporting, and achievement of agreed targets.

Minimum Requirements

• No healthcare experience required.
• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Resident in Lagos
• Full-time availability
• Able to resume within one week
• Smartphone and internet access
• Strong communication skills.

Benefits

• Engagement: Performance-Based Contract

Compensation Package

• Up to ₦350,000 monthly, structured as:
  • ₦250,000 Base Compensation
  • ₦100,000 Field/Transport & Data Allowance
• Performance Commission
• The N100,000 allowance is intended to support daily transportation, field movement, and approved data/communication costs required for the role.
• Compensation is administered based on verified working days and the applicable performance/engagement structure. Payment is made at the end of each month.

Monthly Package

• ₦250,000 Base Compensation
• ₦100,000 Field/Transport & Data Allowance
• Performance Commission

Maximum monthly package: ₦350,000, subject to the applicable engagement and performance structure.
Commission

• ₦25,000 per verified referral
• ₦5,000 per partner order
• Commission is payable only on verified qualifying transactions in accordance with the applicable commission terms.

Performance-Based Engagement:

• This role begins with an initial three-month performance-based contract period.
• Performance will be reviewed during the engagement, including activity levels, partner acquisition, quality of activations, reporting, reliability, and achievement of agreed targets.

Based on performance, Dokitami may:

• Continue the engagement
• Confirm full/continued engagement on revised terms
• Extend the performance contract period
• Conclude the engagement
• This means continued engagement is based on performance and is not automatic.
