Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving academic excellence, operational efficiency, staff development, student success, and stakeholder engagement.
• The successful candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record of school improvement, and extensive experience managing a high-performing educational institution.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & School Management:

• Develop and implement the school's vision, strategic objectives, and improvement plans.
• Provide overall leadership for academic, administrative, and operational functions.
• Ensure the school achieves high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
• Lead school-wide initiatives that support growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Academic Leadership:

• Oversee curriculum implementation and academic performance across all levels.
• Monitor student achievement and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support curriculum review, assessment practices, and quality assurance activities.

Staff Leadership & Development:

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate Vice Principals, Head Teachers, and other senior staff.
• Promote staff development through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
• Represent the school at educational and community engagements.
• Address parent concerns and ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and school policies.
• Promote safeguarding, student welfare, and a safe learning environment.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and governing bodies.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related discipline preferred.
• TRCN registration and relevant professional memberships are an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years teaching experience.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership position within a reputable school.
• Proven experience leading school improvement and academic excellence initiatives.
