- We are seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef to join our culinary team. If you have a love for food, attention to detail, and experience working in a professional kitchen, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Head Chef in food preparation and cooking.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure all mise en place is completed before service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage.
