Sales Executive

Job Summary

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, and converting prospects into paying customers.
• The successful candidate will contribute to revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, referrals, and direct marketing.
• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Explain product and service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Work with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns.

• Monthly sales revenue.

Qualifications and Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
