Job Location : Abuja Deadline : October 16, 2026 Quick Recommended LinksWe are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting the company's products and services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
- Promote and market the company's properties and real estate offerings.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their property needs.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients.
- Arrange property inspections and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate with clients and support the sales closing process.
- Meet and work towards assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Provide regular sales activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, networking activities, and other business development initiatives.
- Stay informed about the company's properties, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- HND, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing channels is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in a target-driven environment.
