Job Summary

The Sales Executive – B2C is responsible for driving retail and individual customer sales of cooling and consumer HVAC-Refrigeration products. The role focuses on showroom sales, lead conversion, walk-in customer engagement, and field prospecting to achieve volume sales and revenue targets.

Scope and Responsibilities

• Retail and individual customer sales.
• Product promotion and showroom conversion.
• Territory-based consumer sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and sales inquiries.
• Promote and sell cooling products (AC units, accessories, after-sales services).
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Generate leads through field marketing and referrals.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on prospects.
• Achieve individual sales targets and volume KPIs.
• Monitor stock availability with inventory teams.
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales follow-up.
• Any other task as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

Education

Professional Certification

• Retail sales or customer service certifications – advantageous.
