Data Entry Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Officer to input, update, and maintain company information accurately.
• The successful candidate should have good computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information accurately into company databases and systems.
• Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Verify information from documents and other sources before entering it.
• Retrieve and provide data when required by authorized staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets.
• Perform regular data checks and corrections.
• Assist other departments with administrative and data-related tasks.
• Meet assigned deadlines and daily data-entry targets.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
