Job Description

• Register visitors using fingerprint or facial recognition software, capture required credentials to walking and high-profile customers.
• Monitor entry points, issue visitor badges linked to biometric profiles, and ensure unauthorized individuals do not enter restricted areas.
• Greet clients and staff, offer assistance, and notify the correct internal team member of an arrival.
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls on a multi-line system
• Ensure compliance with all operational standards, opening, and closing the facility daily.
• Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and office records.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare staff schedules and supervise front office personnel.
• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 - 7 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial front office role in an organization
• Experience in Biometric registration for guests
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
