Sales Officer
Beveledge Interior Designs
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Attend to showroom, WhatsApp, social media and telephone enquiries.
- Follow up leads, quotations and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
- Develop new B2B opportunities with interior designers, architects, developers, hotels, offices and corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- 2–5 years' sales experience preferred.
- Experience in furniture, interior design, real estate, construction, luxury retail or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, persuasive and target-driven.
- Proactive, organised and persistent.
- Comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups and closing deals.
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong sales record.
Performance Matters:
- This is a target-driven position. We are looking for someone who understands that sales is not just about answering enquiries—it is about converting opportunities into revenue.
Your success will be measured by:
- Leads - Quotations - Conversions - Orders - Revenue - Repeat Customers
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month + Commission
