Telesales Officer Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell loan products to boost sales. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring retention and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with teams to streamline customer onboarding and improve sales strategies. Requirements: Minimum of ONDHND/B.Sc. Must have formal or informal sales experience.Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong communication skills: oral,written, and comprehension. Persuasive, self-driven, and excellent at managing time.Resilient, self -motivated, and excellent at time management. Benefits and Place of Work Basic Salary: N60,000-100,000 (Plus Commission) Airtime Allowance: Provided forcommunication support Year -End Bonus: For good performance Job Location: SANGO OTA,OGUN STATE. Pay: N70,000.00 - N100,000.00 per month
