Business Analyst

Job Description 

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and operational solutions.
• The ideal candidate will evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather and analyze data, and work closely with stakeholders to implement strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.
• The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Interpret data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions.
• Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
• Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Support digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management principles is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
