Finance Lead

About the Role
- We are seeking a Finance Lead to anchor the financial operations of a fast-growing, multi-subsidiary group spanning food tech, logistics, and digital technology.
- This is a hands-on leadership role for a finance professional who thinks strategically and executes precisely — someone equally comfortable building a financial model and walking leadership through it.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations across all business units, maintaining accuracy and efficiency at every level
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting cycles
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk across subsidiaries
- Build and maintain financial models and multi-scenario projections
- Prepare grant proposals and lead government contract applications
- Develop investor-ready pitch decks and financial presentations
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
Requirements
- 5–7 years in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven expertise in financial modelling and reporting
- Experience with grant proposals or government contracts (an advantage)
- Ability to produce clear investor-facing financial narratives
- Familiarity with tech or logistics business models
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and relevant financial tools
- Sharp attention to detail and sound analytical judgement.
