Head of Finance

Requirements
- 6–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in a creative agency, advertising, media, experiential, marketing communications, or professional services environment is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP / accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
