Senior Growth Associate (B2C)
As a Senior Growth Associate (B2C) at Utiva, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting individual learners seeking career advancement through Utiva’s learning programs. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to design and execute strategies that attract, retain, and delight learners — contributing to Utiva’s mission of empowering people worldwide with future-ready skills.

• Generate leads, prospect clients, and close sales
  
• Engage prospective students, promote the organisation's programs, and convert leads
  
• Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams on sales strategies
  
• Maintain records of student payments and performance dashboards
  
• Represent the company in meetings and business discussions
  
• Carry out other assigned duties
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  
• BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting targets
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Mature, responsible, and self-driven
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team
