Senior Growth & Partnership Manager

Job Summary

• The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2B product.
• This person will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and loyalty.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition, revenue, and adoption of products through the execution of a comprehensive growth strategy.
• Draft and pitch products to prospective organizations.
• Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
• Lead market penetration, drive, and management of existing/potential users and agents.
• Foster and develop strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Plan regional/territory sales strategies to ensure consistent target delivery and achievements.
• Develop and mentor the team to meet and exceed business metrics in assigned regions.
• Resolve critical sales and operational issues that escalate beyond the Business Development Officer level.
• Work closely with the Head of Growth to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities.
• Continuously set up new user acquisition campaigns and activations across cluster and market locations.
• Coordinate the activities and performance of Brand Ambassadors.
• Analyze user data and customer feedback to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Create and manage a growth dashboard to track key metrics and communicate progress to the leadership team.
• Stay up to date with the latest growth tactics and industry best practices.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale the company’s product, gaining market share and industry leadership.

Job Specifications & Requirements
Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience in a Growth and Strategy capacity with proven success in a Payment Solutions firm, top Fintech, or financial institution.
• Must have experience spearheading Growth Marketing for a Digital Payment Product or Application.
• Core strength and verifiable experience in scaling startups.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Professional Qualifications: Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, project/team management, interpersonal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
