- We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer who has a proven track record of selling engineering products, industrial equipment, spare parts, or technical solutions to industrial clients.
- This is a high-impact business development role for someone who understands industrial operations, builds strong customer relationships, and consistently delivers sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within manufacturing, construction, mining, power, oil & gas, and other industrial sectors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share.
- Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and customer visits.
Technical Sales:
- Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering products and solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations and proposals.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Engineering Sales, or B2B Industrial Business Development.
- Proven experience selling engineering products, industrial equipment, machinery, engineering spare parts, pumps, valves, compressors, generators, power systems, construction equipment, or similar industrial solutions.
- Demonstrated success selling to manufacturing companies, factories, construction firms, mining companies, power plants, oil & gas companies, or other industrial customers.
- Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field) is an advantage but not mandatory where relevant industrial technical sales experience exists.
