Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  

  • Building rapport and understanding customer requirements.  
  • Guiding customers through the selection of vehicles that match their needs.  
  • Providing detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.  
  • Conducting product demonstrations and test drives.  

• Sales Process Management:
  

  • Presenting and negotiating pricing and financing options.  
  • Closing sales and ensuring a smooth transaction process.  
  • Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales progress.  
  • Preparing and maintaining sales documentation.  

• Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:
  

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest automobile models, features, and industry trends.  
  • Effectively communicating product knowledge to customers.  
  • Understanding competitor offerings.  

• Collaboration & Coordination:
  

  • Working with service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.  
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional activities.  

• Building Relationships:
  

  • Cultivating strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.  
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.  

• Meeting Sales Targets:
  

  • Working towards achieving individual and dealership sales goals.  
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.  
    

Requirements

• Proven experience in Automobile Sales.
  

• Strong knowledge of automotive products, brands, and market trends.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  

• Valid driver’s license.

  3-5 years experience.

Salary: 250,000 - 350,000
