Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager

Role Summary

• To hire a Female Sales and Marketing Manager with 7-8 years experience working in hospitality industry e.g Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Lounges, Clubs, and Nightlife outlets)
• The Sales andf Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and growing the company's presence within the channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Lounges, Clubs, and Nightlife outlets) while executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, clubs, and key decision-makers within assigned territories.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market penetration.
• Ensure continuous availability and proper listing of company products across all on-trade accounts.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor product movement, visibility standards, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate menu placements, cocktail listings, drink features, and promotional agreements with outlets.
• Track the effectiveness of visibility initiatives and provide detailed reports.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, tasting sessions, themed nights, and experiential events.
• Collaborate with outlet management to organize events that encourage product trial and repeat consumption.
• Manage event budgets, staffing requirements, and promotional materials.
• Monitor activation performance, consumer participation, and return on investment.
• Prepare post-event reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of monthly marketing calendars and promotional plans.
• Execute both offline and digital marketing initiatives targeted at on-trade consumers.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials, campaign messaging, and promotional content.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, lifestyle influencers, event organizers, and entertainment stakeholders.
• Support public relations initiatives aimed at enhancing brand reputation and market positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking functions.
• Identify partnership opportunities that increase brand reach and consumer engagement.
• Support the management of brand social media platforms.
• Create, coordinate, and schedule engaging content showcasing HoReCa activations, events, and brand experiences.
• Monitor online engagement, respond to inquiries where required, and help build an active online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• With 7-10 years experience selling in hospitality industry.
