Marketing & Client Relation Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE(S)

§ Run a comprehensive Marketing & Client Services framework in strategic alignment with TDL’s overall business objectives.

§ Meet the company’s revenue aspirations through the management of existing clients and winning new clients.

§ Build and lead TDL’s strategic brand management/marketing initiatives, enhancing and improving the positioning and image of the company

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Identify and establish new relationships to create strategic alliances consistent with the company’s objectives, to ensure its market share in the industry is deepened

§ Market tailored HR and Function services to existing and prospective clients

§ Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt delivery of services as agreed with the Clients.

§ Develop and maintain high client satisfaction ratings through successful working relationships with clients.

§ Organize marketing campaigns, adopt business strategy and pricing of services to capture required target markets.  

§ Develop an integrated strategy to achieve deeper market penetration in current markets and expand into new markets

§ Responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the company’s brand management, corporate communications campaigns

§ Oversee TDL’s public relations initiatives and CSR including advertising, marketing materials and publications.

§ Strategically network with statutory bodies and key players in the industry

§ Manage the company’s social media platforms.

§ Maintain the security of all information entrusted to the staff

§ Tender periodic reports on marketing growth and social media impact

§ Comply with the principles and policies in the information handbook

§ Other official tasks assigned
