Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. in any field with a minimum of 1 year sales experience
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage.
