Medical Sales Representative
Bakangizo Pharmacy & Stores (5 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned territory targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Monitor market activities, competitors and customer needs.
- Prepare accurate sales/activity reports and maintain proper records.
- Take full ownership of the assigned territory and deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or other relevant life science courses.
- Proven interest or experience in medical / pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrates ownership mentality, accountability and initiative.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Must be target-oriented, disciplined and result-focused.
