Drilling Supervisor

Role Summary
- Serve as the company’s primary on-site representative on the rig, directing all day-to-day drilling operations and contractor activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforcing safety protocols, managing daily well site operations, logging operational progress, and minimizing non-productive time (NPT).
Requirements
- 8+ years of field experience in rig supervision; valid IWCF/IADC Well Control certification; strong leadership under operational pressure.
