They help improve efficiency, communication, and organization within the company. Key Responsibilities Managing office operations and administrative procedures Organizing files, records, and documents Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence Preparing reports, letters, and presentations Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when needed Supporting management and staff with administrative tasks Maintaining confidential information and company records Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination Skills Required Strong communication and organizational skills Time management and multitasking ability Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office software Ability to work independently and in a team Short Professional Description An Administrative Officer provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office management and smooth business operations.
