Estate Officer

Job Purpose / Objective
- We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and result-driven individual who is willing to learn and grow in this field to join our Facilities / Estate Mgt team.
- As an Estate Officer, you will support the management and maintenance of company properties, office facilities, and estate operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functionality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining office buildings, facilities, and company properties.
- Support facility inspections and report maintenance issues for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and service providers on facility-related activities.
- Assist in managing office space allocation and estate records/documentation.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and general environmental standards within the facility.
- Support rent, utility, and property administration processes where applicable.
- Assist in preparing reports, inventories, and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management
- 0 - 2 years post NYSC experience.
