Data Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- The Data Analyst will transform organizational data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, operational efficiency, customer understanding and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and validate datasets.
- Analyze business and operational data.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports.
- Identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
- Translate analytical findings into business recommendations.
- Develop automated reporting solutions.
- Support KPI development and monitoring.
- Collaborate with business teams to define analytical requirements.
- Maintain data quality and documentation.
- Present insights to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
- 2–5 years' data-analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- SQL proficiency.
- Power BI/Tableau experience.
- Python or R is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
