About The Role: Our client is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer & Sales Executive to grow their veterinary practice in Lagos. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that drives revenue and brand loyalty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and onboard new clients through targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and repeat visits.
- Track sales performance metrics and client data daily to identify growth opportunities and improve service uptake.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to promote services, packages, and wellness plans.
- Handle client feedback and escalated issues professionally to maintain a high-quality service reputation.
