Customer Service Representative

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, fashion, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong custor customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Lagos locations and delivery processes is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and focused on solutions when dealing with difficult situations
- Strong attention to detail, espexcially when processing customer orders and information.
- Good computer and digital literacy.
- Must be reliable, organized, patient, and proactive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
