Job Description
- We are seeking a driven, confident and results-oriented HMO / Business Development Executive to join our team in Port Harcourt.
- We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and other potential partners while actively driving patient and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and insurance providers
- Identify and secure new HMO partnerships and corporate healthcare accounts
- Manage existing HMO relationships and ensure smooth communication
- Drive corporate and HMO patient referrals to the clinic
- Follow up on leads, proposals, contracts and partnership opportunities
- Represent the clinic professionally during meetings and business engagements
- Monitor business development activities and provide regular reports
- Identify new opportunities for revenue and patient growth
Requirements
- HMO, healthcare business development, sales or related experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian HMO/healthcare landscape
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet set business development targets
- Candidates with existing HMO/corporate healthcare contacts will be an advantage
Remuneration
- Benchmark Salary: N250,000 Monthly
- Additional performance-based incentives/commission may apply.
