We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to join our Security firm. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the security industry, including current trends and challenges, and possess the ability to translate this knowledge into effective business strategies. You will collaborate closely with our operations and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and position our company as a leader in the security sector. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing complex sales cycles and delivering exceptional value to clients. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized security solutions that address client requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall strategic growth of the company. Requirements Proven experience in business development, preferably within the security, investigations, or related industries. Strong knowledge of security services, including risk assessment, surveillance, and investigation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
