Operations Manager - Electronics

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations and commercial performance of a fast-growing consumer electronics and home appliances retail business.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple retail branches, driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams.
- This is a leadership role for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across all branches.
- Drive sales growth and improve business profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations and ensure operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and manage Branch Managers and regional teams.
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Develop and execute business growth initiatives.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention.
- Ensure excellent customer service across all locations.
- Prepare and present business performance reports.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

- Abuja
- Warri
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 8–10 years’ experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or retail operations.
- At least 5 years’ experience managing multiple retail branches or regional operations.
- Proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, commercial, and financial management skills.
- Experience in inventory management and retail performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and business reporting.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
