Experienced Project Manager (Ojodu - Berger )

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos Industry: Engineering & Construction Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 monthly (depending on expertise) Experience: 4–5+ years We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage projects from inception to completion. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Monitor project timelines, budgets, costs, quality, and site activities. Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, BOQs, and HSE standards. Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational issues. Manage client communication and project documentation. Requirements 4–5+ years’ proven experience in construction/project management. Experience handling construction, renovation, civil, building, or infrastructure projects. Proven track record of delivering projects from planning to completion. Strong contractor, budget, cost, and procurement management skills. Good knowledge of construction processes and HSE requirements. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project/Construction Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, QSRBN, CORBON, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Ideal Candidate: A technically competent, commercially aware, accountable, and execution-driven professional with a proven record of successfully delivering construction projects.
