Experienced Hotel Security

Job Title: Hotel Security Personnel Location: [Ojodu Berger] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a professional and vigilant Hotel Security Personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property. The successful candidate will monitor hotel premises, prevent unauthorized access, respond to emergencies, and maintain a secure environment while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Patrol hotel premises, including guest areas, parking lots, entrances, and restricted areas. Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment. Control access to the hotel and verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, and guest concerns. Investigate and document incidents, thefts, damages, or suspicious activities. Enforce hotel security policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Assist in emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, and evacuations. Maintain accurate security logs, reports, and incident records. Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and emergency responders when necessary. Provide assistance and directions to guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety and security risks. Protect hotel assets and help prevent loss, theft, or vandalism. Requirements Minimum of SSCE/High School Diploma; additional security training is an advantage. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or hospitality security preferred. Good observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods. Knowledge of emergency response procedures and basic first aid is an advantage. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
